Box Office Top 10: …And the Home of the Brave
Score one for America.
Captain America took on box office juggernaut Harry Potter and managed to come out ahead. Considering that Harry Potter has made what seems like $100 billion or so over the last week, they probably aren’t taking the loss too hard. This was more like a week 17 NFL game where Team Harry Potter had already locked up the playoffs (in this case, all the box office records) and pulled all the starters after the first drive. Still, a win is a win.
Friends with Benefits starring
Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis also released this weekend to solid reviews. With the success of Bad Teacher as well this summer, I’ll bet Justin has a return invite to SNL all locked up.
Talkin’ it up, on the Barry Gibb taaaallllkkk show
